1. Accept the terms
By visiting the official website or using Zhixu, you agree to these terms and privacy policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you should ensure that you have permission to accept the Terms on behalf of that organization. Different countries and regions may have different age and consent requirements, and you should abide by your local rules.
2. Account and security
You should provide accurate account information, properly protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activities under your account. When you discover unauthorized access, you should contact us promptly through the published support channels. We may limit unusual account activity to protect users, services, or comply with legal obligations.
3. Software and Authorization
Subject to these Terms and the Plan Rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Zhixu desktop application. The authorized device scope, functions, validity period and offline usage conditions are subject to the plan description and authorization status displayed at the time of purchase or redemption. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not bypass authorization verification, split authorizations for resale, or interfere with security mechanisms.
4. Your projects and creative content
You retain the rights to the content you create and save in your local project. Zhixu does not acquire ownership rights to these contents due to your use of the software. You should ensure that you have the rights to use the imported text, images, materials or other content, and are responsible for backing up local projects.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Zhixu to infringe the rights of others, spread malicious code, commit fraudulent or illegal activities, interfere with the operation of the Service, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or impose an unreasonable burden on the Service through automated means. We may take necessary action against behavior that clearly jeopardizes the security of the Service or other users.
6. Plans, Payments and Refunds
When paid features become publicly available, the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal terms and refund conditions will be shown before purchase. The order page and any plan-specific terms form part of these Terms. Unpublished pricing, test payment flows and internal plans are not public offers for sale.
7. Updates, Changes and Availability
We will continue to improve the software, may add, adjust or stop some functions, and provide tips for major changes when reasonably feasible. Maintenance, network, third-party services or force majeure may cause temporary unavailability. The available scope of offline functions is subject to the current version and valid authorization status.
8. Guarantee and responsibility boundaries
We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by failure to back up local projects, use beyond product instructions, third-party services or uncontrollable events. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities which may not be excluded by law.
9. Applicable Laws and Disputes
The governing law and forum will depend on the final operating entity, your location, and any mandatory consumer and data-protection rules. Hosting the service in Hong Kong does not by itself make Hong Kong law the only law applicable to every user. Before account and paid services launch in a market, we will publish the responsible entity, governing-law terms and dispute process.
10. Terms Update and Contact
We may update these Terms when products, business models, or legal requirements change. Major changes will be notified through the official website, in-app prompts or other reasonable means. The formal operating entities and support contact channels will be added to this page before accounts and paid services are opened to the public.
